  • Please plan ahead. Gratuities are no longer accepted on credit cards or overwritten checks made out to Spa on the River Inc. Gratuities will be appreciated in cash directly to your spa professional. Gratuity envelopes are provided.

  • Package prices, group bookings or deposits do not include gratuity. 50% deposit required for groups of 3 or more. 20% gratuity will be added for your convenience. Please be certain all guests of the group attend to avoid full charge for missed services.
    All deposits are non-refundable.

  • A $50.00 surcharge will be added if you require services outside of Spa on the Rivers’ normal business hours.

  • No cash, credit card, or gift card refunds, transferrals or substitutions.

  • Must present gift card to receive service. Not responsible for lost gift cards.

  • For cancellations, as a courtesy to the Spa on the River professional team, kindly give 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge of booked services.

  • Reservations not always necessary. Please call for available appointments.

  • Regretfully, we are unable to honor expired gift cards. Expired gift cards may be redeemed for 25% off retail products only (excluding Jane Iredale Cosmetics).
